Maintenance Supervisor
Role and Responsibility :
- Reduce Technical Breakdown
- Analyze Technical Breakdown and create improvement.
- Strengthen Preventive and Predictive Maintenance
- Improve Structured Report
- Mapping team into Corrective, Preventive and Predictive for Effective Organization
Persyaratan :
- Possess a degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- Candidate must have minimum 2 years experience in the same field.
- Preferably from food or beverages industries.
- Having a good analysis, time management and communications skill.
- Proficient in reporting with Power Point and Excel.
- Enthusiast, a fast learner and willing to learn something new.

Role and responsibility:
- Completes production plan in 1 shift by monitoring material, assigning people, solving problem and set priorities.
- Ensure production line meets safety, quality and food safety standard.
- Responsible for coordinating shifts, arranging schedule and monitoring employee performance.
Requirement :
- Possess a degree (S1) in Food Technology, Pharmacy or Chemical Engineering.
- Candidate must have minimum 2 years experience in Supervisor level.
- Preferably from food or beverages industries.
- Have a good knowledge in Quality & Food Safety System, GMP, HACCP.
- Having a good analysis, time management and communications skill.
- Proficient in reporting with Power Point and Excel.
- Enthusiast, a fast learner and willing to learn something new.
- Willing to be place in SGM Jogja Plant
- Willing to work in shift
